Is the unit difficult to install and can l do it myself?
The unit is not difficult to install. An installation guide is provided with the GPS unit and it provides easy to follow instructions. LeaseMasters can install the units at a competitive price.
Can the GPS unit be installed without the knowledge
of my employees?
Yes. The GPS unit can be placed discreetly within the vehicle and is virtually undetectable by the driver.

Yes, reports can be generated at any time or configured and delivered by email at pre-set times.
How often does the GPS tracking system locate my vehicle?
Vehicle data is collected at millisecond intervals and stored for transmission at 60 second intervals. It can be adjusted to optimise reporting.
Can l see more than one vehicle at a time?
Yes-all vehicles in the map coverage can be seen and the map is scalable.
What type of mapping does the system use?
The FleetAware System uses Google maps and satellite photos. Hybrid maps are also available.
What information is transmitted by the GPS tracking unit?
All necessary data for the above with optional additional data inclusive of over- acceleration, heavy braking, enter/exit geofencing, CAN/BUS, FMS, any ancillary products/software information.
Is there any maintenance involved in using the system?
Updates to software and configuration settings are made through SMS to the vehicle directly if necessary.
