FleetAware is DPoA's way of assisting you to be Fleet Aware! It offers the best in fleet management services and more. Being aware of your fleet is critical in helping keep down excessive fleet costs, ensuring value for money. It can also assist you with your mandatory reporting requirements and other ad-hoc reporting such as vehicle utilisation and Greenhouse gas emissions reports.

Audit Trail
FleetAware is an advanced fleet management processes with a powerful system that can incorporate GPS, GSM, AVL and 3G mobile data acquisition and transmission technology to collect, deliver and report live data. Fleet Managers using this optional technology can expect to see where vehicles/assets are located in real time, times and distances travelled, fuel consumption, maintenance/service intervals, estimate Co2 emissions and live odometer readings from each vehicle. In addition, FleetAware offers a range of enhanced features to manage vehicles/drivers including:
• Individual duress alerts for drivers
• 'Out of Bounds' vehicle operation
• Out of Hours vehicle operations
• Over-speed alerts
All transactions are recorded and support data review, workflow and exception reporting.
Events Administration
Create the event types you need and use them to record activities for contracts, clients and drivers. Events can trigger pre-defined emails and letters and can store supporting documents and prompt follow up actions.
Payments
All transactions for third party goods and services can be imported via a manual or scheduled process. The FleetAware system facilitates multi card-based fuel and servicing products and allows for e-tag and registration/CTP renewals to be entered with a validation process to ensure accuracy of entries.
Pre Authorisations
FleetAware enables users to issue order numbers for servicing, accident management and driver reimbursements.
System Integration
An extensive range of interfaces for industry standard applications are available online 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
The FleetAware system is rich in functionality and features, easy to implement and user friendly. The online system can be viewed from anywhere at any time with a PC, Note Book or 3g enabled mobile phone/PDA and internet connection.
