Acquisition and Disposal Services
LeaseMasters can arrange for new vehicle quotes from our preferred dealer network to ensure competitive prices are obtained. Disposal of your vehicles (at designated changeover or end of lease) is done through Pickles Auctions at our preferred corporate rates.
Vehicle Finance and Payment to Third Party Suppliers
LeaseMasters can arrange competitive pricing for financing your vehicles via CHP, Chattel Mortgage, Finance Lease, or Operating Lease, Equipment Finance.
LeaseMasters can make payments to your existing financiers on your behalf so that all expenses are captured within one system without the headache of having to make payments to multiple financiers. LeaseMasters will invoice you once a month along with any other FleetAware services you select.
Novated Leasing
A Novated lease is the ability to salary sacrifice the finance and running expenses of a vehicle from pre-tax income. It is a three way agreement between the Employee, the Employer and the Financier where the obligation for the lease payment is transferred to the Employer by way of a Deed of Novation. The Employer will deduct the total of the finance, running expenditure and FBT from pre-tax salary and pass on to LeaseMasters for administering. Vehicle finance is arranged by LeaseMasters and we can access competitive interest rates through a number of financial institutions.

Vehicle Operating Expenditure
LeaseMasters can provide a fully-maintained quote for each vehicle (with or without finance) incorporating a budget for all running costs (fuel, servicing and maintenance/repairs, tyres, registration and insurance). The budget is an estimation of the total running costs of the vehicle according to your vehicle policy and will be calculated according to the number of kilometres of expected travel.
Pre-Authorisation Process
For any vehicle servicing and maintenance, LeaseMasters uses an in-house pre- authorisation facility. The preferred vehicle service provider/repairer will contact LeaseMasters for authorisation of repairs and arrange payment on your behalf with the cost charged to the budget account. This ensures minimal involvement for the driver.
Fuel Cards
LeaseMasters has arrangements in place to provide fuel cards through Caltex, Shell or BP. LeaseMasters can issue fuel cards from one or more of these providers.
If you have your own fuel card arrangements in place we can arrange to have the fuel providers send the electronic data files and invoices to us for payment and reporting purposes. The costs will then be charged to the budget account.
Toll Management
LeaseMasters can supply your company's vehicles with CityLink e-TAGs that can access all Australian toll roads. LeaseMasters will administer all registration, issuance, activating and transferring of e-TAGS for your entire fleet. Toll charges will appear on your monthly invoice and vehicle reports. Alternatively, you can create a "budget" item for tolls and any charges can be charged to the budget account.
DPoA Care
DPoA Care is LeaseMasters Roadside Assistance program. LeaseMasters will manage your company's roadside assistance requirements. Often vehicle manufacturers include their own assistance program for a set period of time. LeaseMasters will add vehicles to the DPoA Care program once the manufacturers program ceases. The costs will then be charged to the budget account.
Short Term Vehicle Hire
LeaseMasters has arrangements with Europecar with preferential pricing available.
Vehicle Registration and Compulsory Insurance (CTP)
LeaseMasters can manage and pay the Registration/CTP on your behalf. LeaseMasters will carefully manage your fleet's registration requirements to ensure that vehicles registration renewal is paid on time and labels are issued. The costs for registration/CTP will be charged to the budget account.
Infringement and Penalty Notices
LeaseMasters will log all notices received and electronically forward to designated driver or Fleet Manager (for pool vehicles) for preparation of statutory declarations transferring. In the event of a second (or final) notice be received LeaseMasters will pay the fine and charge the full amount to the monthly invoice, thus minimising any additional court and penalty costs.
Comprehensive Insurance
LeaseMasters can arrange comprehensive insurance as part of the operating budget created for the vehicle. The policy allows for the premium to be paid by the month and is charged against the budget set.

Reports can be configured and available on the web or delivered by email at pre-set times (daily, weekly, monthly) or when required.

Real Time and Historical Location Maps
See live vehicle locations and movements, routes taken, start and stop times and the duration of these intervals any time of the day.
History
Any or all of the vehicle movements can be shown over a given period. This provides confirmation of daily activity, deliveries, pick-ups, visits or customer contacts.
Exception Reporting
FleetAware allows managers to respond proactively to fleet issues including vehicle service intervals, traffic violations such as speeding, and misuse such as unauthorised vehicle use or fuel filling irregularities.
Other Reporting
FleetAware reports can be customised to suit individual business requirements.
